For example, our pink pasta gets its vibrant color from earthy red beets, while our green pasta is made with fresh spinach. The name Bellita comes from Chef Christos Bisiotis, Master Pastaiolo, whose daughter Bella’s playful spirit inspires every unique pasta shape and flavor combination. But the heart of Bellita extends beyond Bella—Christos also treasures countless moments making fresh pasta with his son, Brendan. As Master Pastaiolo, he enjoys sharing the art of pasta-making with his children, and their time together in the kitchen rolling dough and experimenting with new flavors is central to his passion. These special moments remind him that cooking is about connection, creativity, and family—values woven into every batch of Bellita Pasta.
